Chronicles of Georgia is about  20 minute drive from the hotel. 

Mtatsminda Park with Cable Car is 17 minutes drive. Entry is FREE, however ride is not. You pay at the entry, before boarding.  Mtatsminda Funicular is within 25 minutes walk or 6 minutes drive, Tbilisi Cable Car is within about 10 minutes drive from the hotel. They actually have 3 Cable cars and 1 Funicular.

Narikala Fortress and Tabor Monastery are about 5 minutes walk.

​Botanical Gardens & Waterfall are within 10 minutes drive from the hotel.

Gabriadze Clock Tower, Tbilisi Zoo and Wine Gallery Cellar about 25 minutes walk. Bridge of Peace is also about 25 minutes walk from the hotel. Georgian National Museum, Experimentorium - Science Museum and National Gallery  are all about 15 minutes walk or 4 minutes drive from the hotel.

Tbilisi National Park is about 55 minutes  drive. GiuAani Winery is within 55 minutes drive. Château Mukhrani Winery is within 40 minutes drive.
