Observation Deck Heavenly Ski Resort is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the Gondola and another 15 more minutes rid up. 

​Vikingsholm,  Emerald Bay, Eagle Falls and  Tallac Historic Site, Lake and State Park are all within 20 minutes drive from the hotel. 

​Olympic Valley  and  Northstar Ski resorts are both within 1 hour 20 minutes drive from downtown Lake Tahoe, near Truckee. 

Sugar Bowl Resort, Soda Springs Mountain Resort, Donner Ski Ranch, Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort  and Boreal Mountain California are all within 1 hour 25 minutes drive from downtown South Lake Tahoe. Sierra-at-Tahoe ResortandBlizzard Mountain Snowtubing Hill are within 30 minutes drive.​  Gatekeeper's Museum​ is on the Lake around 55 minutes drive from downtown and hotel. ​ Action Watersports at Lakeside Marina  is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel,  Ski Run Marina is within 18 minutes walk.  South Lake Tahoe windjammers Yacht Club, Tahoe Keys Marina,  Camp Richardson Marina, Pirate Lake Tahoe  are all within 13 minutes drive. ​Zephyr Cove Marina  and Round Hill Pines Beach Resort  are all within 10 minutes drive from the hotel, on Nevada side of the lake. 

McP's Taphouse Grill, Tipsy Putt, Base Camp Pizza Co., Driftwood Cafe and Toulouse are all within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. 

The Naked Fish, Vinny's Pizza, Drink Coffee Do Stuff, Burger Me!, and Taco Taqueria are all within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. 

Goodfellas Pizza, Riva Grill On the Lake, Artemis Lakefront Café and Cafe Fiore are all about 18 to 20 minutes walk from the hotel. 

Nikki's Chaat Café, Heidi's Pancake House, Big Daddy's Burgers, Boathouse on the Pier,  La Promesa Mexican,  The Idle Hour Lake Tahoe, Ha Noi Pho, MacDuff's Pub and Sprouts Café are all within 4 minutes drive or 35 minutes walk from the hotel. Himmel Haus is about 5 minutes drive from the hotel, near slopes. The Grove Beach Bar & Grill is about 26 minutes drive from the hotel, on the lake.
