The rude awakening of not having a car, cab or ... walkability, would be the cultural lesson here. You can only use bus or train. All distances are estimated based on train or bus schedule, which is regular every 30 minutes. You also have to either speak Korean or have a good guide who does. Not everyone wants to speak English and you can be cheated.
Namsan Seoul Botanical Garden are about 15 minutes train ride. As well as
Seosomun History ParkNamsan Palgakjeong (Octagonal Pavilion),
Namsangol Hanok Village is actually 20 minutes train/bus ride.
Gyeongbokgung Palace is about 35 train ride from the hotel.

Gwanghwamun Squareis about 30-35 minutes from hotel.
Bukhansan National Park are all about 1 hour 48 minutes ride from the hotel.

This is hotel close to downtown. Hotel has 9 different on-site dining options and on-site wellness. Major shopping, with many other restaurants, within riding distance.
Jejumyeonjang is within 15 minutes ride,
Padkapaw팟카파우 it is within only 17 minutes ride. There are many great restaurants in vicinity of the hotel, but none of them have a websites.
Biggest Shopping center in the area is Shinsegae Department Store entertainment and shopping district is about 30 minutes from the hotel.
