This is hotel close to downtown.  Hotel has on-site restaurants, but no on-site spa.​ Major shopping, with many other restaurants, within walking distance. However, there are very very few that have websites. ​

Kilomania is within 10 minutes walk. Tambaqui de Banda it is within only 5 minutes walk. Bob's Burger - Av Joaquim Nabuco​ is within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Caxiri  and Ópera Restaurante within 3 minutes walk.

Biggest Shopping center in the area is Manauara Shopping District entertainment center is about 15 minutes drive from the hotel. It has 51 on-site restaurants to choose from.
