Fly into Ivato International Airport​Antananarivo. or Nosy Be International with 2 stops flights via Ethiopian Airlines. Then take a boat or helicopter, from the Nosy Be beach to the private Island. About 4 hour 40 minutes travel time from the airport to the resort.

Blue Wave Diving Center Tsarabanjina  is basically next door to the hotel. Nosy Be island can be accessed by the boat.  

Lemuria Land and Lemuria Zoo is very interesting place to see. Réserve spéciale d’Ankarana, Réserve Naturelle Intégrale Tsaratanana and Masoala and Nosy Mangabe National Parks are on the mainland and are fairly close to the island.

The Madagascar Chocolate Company is 15 drive from  town of Ambanja, on mainland. They have cacao plantation and shop. Cacao Plantation Millot - (Cananga) is about 9 minutes drive from town of Madirofolo, Madagascar. Otherwise , there is not much to do on the island, it is a Rainforest preservation territory, except swim, dive and enjoy water sports. There is only one resorts on this island and there is nothing nearby, but you can travel to mainland and try different places within short boating time.
