$400.00 (per person) for the round trip ticket on the train from Moscow to Simferopol, or any other major city that has connections to Simferopol Railroad. Train does not run beyond, down to the coast, but local bus does. You can take a Suburban Trolleybus 52from the main train station (Zaliznychnyi vokzal) to  Yalta (Trolley bus station). It takes about 1 hour 10 minutes and costs about $25.00 one way.

• Livadia Palace is about  40 minute walk from the hotel or 7 minutes drive.  

• Solnechnaya Tropa (Solar Path) entry is within about  1 hour walk or 13 minutes drive from the hotel, walk along the 

• Solar Path takes about 45 minutes to an hour.

• ​​​Polyana Skazok is about 12 minutes drive or about 1 hour 20 minutes mountain hike. They offer lodging as well as restaurants, you can spend a whole day in this park.  

• Yalta Zoo is only 10 minutes drive from the hotel, or about 1 hour 20 minutes walk. 

• Gora Koshka, Simeiz is about 25 minutes drive from the hotel or about 40 minutes boat ride from Yalta Port to Simeiz. They currently remodeling all local ports, as far as I understand, and do not offer full time boating schedule yet until mid-2025.​

• Ai-Petri Mountain Cable Car (lower station) is within 20 minutes drive from the hotel, in Koreiz village, 

• Ai-Petri Air Bridges are either 40 minutes cable car ride or about 30 minutes drive from the hotel. It is great place to spend entire day hiking. 

• Swallow's Nest in Haspra is about 15 minutes drive or about 2 hours hike. It is a restaurant. 

• Vorontsov Palace & Park and 

• Alupkinski  reserve are all within 25 minutes drive,  but too far to hike or walk. Park is big, so plan at least 3 hours here.

• Massandra Palace & Park is also about 25 minutes drive, only in the different direction, 

• Massandra Winery & Taste room is within 17 minutes drive. ​​

• Downtown Yalta and Beachfront Promenade is within 11 minutes drive. 

• Crocodile Den is also within 11-15 minutes drive. 

• Cable Car "Yalta - Gorka" is about 13 minutes drive. 

• Passengers Seaport "Yalta" is  next to the promenade, but they do not operate coastal tours at this time. 

This is hotel is in on the coast, beachfront. Hotel has on-site restaurant and an on-site spa, it also offers both private and public beach.​

Major shopping, with many other restaurants, within 10 minutes driving or about 30 minutes walking distance. Most restaurant  do not have websites. Only few do.
