• Solang Valley Ski Resort popular tourist destination in Himachal Pradesh Manali, is about 6 hours drive from McLeod Ganj. This would be about 10 minutes drive from the first hotel for your trip. 

• Bhrigu Lakeis about 1 hour 10 minute drive from the hotel.

• Jogini Falls are within 25 minutes drive from the hotel. There are many waterfall actually along the the way to and from McLeod Ganj to Solang Valley.

• The Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery is about 1 hour and 10 minutes drive from the first hotel in Solang Valley. 

• Waichin Valley, Malana Dam or "Magic Valley"  is within 2 hours 55 minutes drive from first hotel. These first 5 days is to explore nature only.

• Great Himalayan National Park is about 5 hours drive from McLeod Ganj about 1 hour before/from your second hotel.

• Dharamshala Skyway is about 10 minutes walk from the second hotel.

Each hotel has an on-site restaurant, but there are many more to check within walking distance.

Shopping, with many other restaurants, within short walking and long driving distance are available. However, this is where most restaurants do not have websites, you can only visit in person.
