Fanjishan Mountain Park entry is about 2 hours and 10 minutes drive from the hotel. 

This is THE BEST and most updated hotel in the area from the Western perspective.  Tickets for Mount Fanjing Cable Car can be purchased here. 

You will need at least 5 days to explore entire park area and it's surroundings. Visit these great resources for all local attractions. I did not want to either copy of duplicate something someone else had already perfectly wrote.

This is an exclusive Buddhist and Taoist retreats and training area, closest restaurants in the are are in Tongren, Guizhou. It is about 2 hour and 10 minutes drive from the hotel. However, this is China plus nature resort area, and none of the restaurants, except few, located inside main hotel brands, have a web presence.

On the trip like this you do not travel much for dining, rather healing and cultural enrichments, so it is ok. However do visit many local restaurant this town has to offer, as this is authentic organic Buddhist and Taoist food.
