Botanical Garden TauKiani is 8 minutes drive from the hotel.

Beside the national park and amazing archeological spiritual statues,  there is not much else to see and explore. This is the island in the middle of nowhere, in the Pacific Ocean. Amazing place for spiritual growth.

  • Taste it.

This is hotel close to downtown. Hotel has no on-site restaurants.

But, they offer "Buffet breakfast", which includes  coffee beans, bread basket, cold cuts, yogurt, cereals, natural juices, fruits and eggs.

Shopping, with many restaurants, within short driving and walking distance are available. But, as you can imagine, most restaurants in the area don't have a websites, Te Ra'ai Restaurant is about 10 minutes drive from the hotel, near Hilltop ski area. Tripadvisor ®  has the best restaurants listings for the Easter Island and I don't want to repeat it. there is also great blog about local foods.

There are NO MALLS here, no major stores. This is an island in the middle of Pacific Ocean. They have amazing local stores with local crafts, but there are no Louis Vuitton ® or Banana Republic ® here. Sorry.
